Pointsfive is partners with Rosedale Hospitality Partners and other strategic investors in renovating an existing 65-acre campground with 99 trailer pads (75 plumbed) into an upscale RV park near Hudson, NY. The lot was purchased in October 2020 at a distressed basis after years of mismanagement at the site. Additional pads are being added and 50 modular RVs will be manufactured to keep permanently on site along with the construction of a central lodge and welcome station. Pointsfive is responsible for assisting predevelopment and development management. The property is operating while improvements are underway, with full renovation completed by Spring 2022.
Western Mountain Campground

Pointsfive is partners with Rosedale Hospitality Partners and other strategic investors upgrading an existing 250-acre campground with 176 campsites by adding common amenity spaces and new campsites. The lot was purchased in July 2021 at a distressed basis from a family operator. 20 site will be added along with improvements to landscaping, roadways, amenities, and digital presence. Work is underway. Pointsfive is responsible for capital raising and assisting predevelopment and development management. The property is operating with renovations to take place ahead of the 2022 season.
