74Wythe is a dynamic new 15,000 square foot events and hospitality space repurposed and significantly renovated from the former Output nightclub locale. The property features a 5,000 square foot rooftop with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline covered by a retractable glass roof. Pointsfive sourced and arranged a long-term triple net sub-ground lease of the entire building. Pointsfive is an investor in and operator of the ongoing business, having led the lease negotiation and overseen the design & construction processes through the COVID-19 pandemic. Pointsfive, along with its operating partners, is also responsible for facilitating the concepting, marketing, and execution of the business plan as an events, restaurant, nightlife, and live music venue. Lease signed in 2019. Venue opened in April 2021.
