Master-planned development and assemblage
Prior to founding Pointsfive, Mr. Nadal was Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Gotham Organization, a best-in-class, century-old real estate operating and development firm based in New York City. Mr. Nadal served in a development management capacity, leading all aspects of several of the firm’s largest projects from site identification to stabilization. Mr. Nadal also spearheaded financing and acquisitions across the firm, specializing in capital markets execution, joint venture structuring, and underwriting for all new and existing developments, acquisitions, and financings. At Gotham, Mr. Nadal executed over 3 million square feet of ground-up development.
Prior to joining Gotham, Mr. Nadal spent five years at Prudential Real Estate Investors (PGIM), the world’s second largest institutional real estate manager, focusing on transactions, land and development, and joint venture workouts nationally. At PGIM, Mr. Nadal completed over 30 transactions worth approximately $2 billion.
Mr. Nadal received a BA in Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. He is Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Community League of the Heights (CLOTH), an Advisory Board member of the Amber School Fund, a Program Champion on ULI New York’s Steering Committee, a former board member of the New York Housing Conference Rising Leaders Network, and a selected member of the inaugural 2020 REBNY Fellows Leadership Class for Diversity.

Tristan X. Nadal
CEO, Founder
Tristan Nadal is the founder and CEO of Pointsfive. Mr. Nadal has nearly 15 years of experience in the real estate investment and development business. Mr. Nadal leads all aspects of the firm’s operations, including sourcing opportunities; guiding investment decisions; driving strategy; and overseeing execution. Mr. Nadal is personally involved in all projects the firm undertakes.
